The Ohio Valley Music Guild is gearing up for our 2020 season. We are conducting our annual sponsorship drive this leap day. We hope you will support us in this endeavor.

For more than 16 years, the Ohio Valley Music Guild has been bringing quality, cultural entertainment to the area, with the support and generosity of sponsors like you. We have brought more than 50 performances to the Ohio Valley in the past including Act II of the Nutcracker Ballet by the Pittsburgh Ballet performers, a swing band performance including dance instructors; opera, Broadway, and jazz singers and ensembles; flamenco dancers, a steel drum orchestra and local talent presented by the Sycamore Center. For the past nine years, with your support and commitment, we have been able to award scholarships to rising sophomore and above college students who have a local connection and who have declared to be in a music-related major. We are also proud to support the Grand Theatre Renovation Project.

For the 2020 season, we are planning three major events: an evening with the Pittsburgh Festival Opera on April 18 at Le Chateau Pier in Smithfield, a Summer Jazz event, and, tentatively, a Ballet in the Fall.

Our Sponsorship prices for 2020 are $200 for a Full-page Program mention (includes two tickets to one event), $125 for a 1/2 page (includes one ticket to one event), and $75 for a 1/3 of a page. Please see below for an example program. Whatever level you choose is greatly appreciated.

One Sponsorship will give you the above-mentioned size in all three of our event programs, a post per event mentioning your support on our Social Media page(s) (currently, just Facebook), a mention on each event’s post on our website, and a mention and backlink on our website. In addition, we will add your company as a Courtesy Music Guild member, ensuring you receive all our mailings (including invitations to all three events).

As a commitment to our community involvement, we are once again planning to partner with Indian Creek High School and David Moffat’s production students to design and publish our programs. We are looking forward to seeing their creativity and at the same time giving them a learning opportunity to publish for the general public.
